Chiropractic

Chiropractic is a regulated health profession recognized in all Canadian provinces. Doctors of Chiropractic are highly trained over 4 rigorous years to assess disorders related to the spine, nervous system, muscular system and joints of the extremities. They provide a diagnosis and treatment of those disorders, with work to prevent them from returning.

Our Doctors of Chiropractic employ several types of treatments for each patient, including spinal and extremity adjustments and mobilizations, soft tissue therapy (for muscles, ligaments and tendons), therapeutic exercise prescription, taping techniques and acupuncture. Spinal and extremity adjustments are a safe and effective manual procedure designed to restore the normal range of motion (or movement) of a joint, which are typically immediately relieving of symptoms. Especially when combined with other treatment techniques such as soft tissue therapy, chiropractic is an effective way to control pain, while improving quality of life through better function and athletic performance.

Most extended health care plans offer coverage for chiropractic services without a referral. We are happy to offer direct billing to all insurance companies that allow for that.
